About the Role:

With a strong pipeline of prestigious work, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-end craftsmanship and managing projects from initial design to final handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple large-scale architectural metalwork and structural steelwork projects from start to finish.
  • Produce and oversee project schedules, plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Act as the central liaison between clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor on-site activity to ensure health & safety compliance and adherence to quality standards.
  • Solve issues quickly, adapt plans where needed, and communicate changes clearly to stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage RFIs, track project variations, and ensure effective documentation throughout.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ project management experience in architectural metalwork or structural steelwork.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex, high-value projects on time and within budget.
  • Sound knowledge of UK-CA structural steelwork regulations and project delivery standards.
  • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
  • Confident working independently and taking initiative in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
  • CSCS / SMSTS
