This is a key role leading a prestigious £8–10m listed residential refurbishment in Marylebone, Central London. The project is secured and planning is underway, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
The Project Manager’s Role
The Project Manager will take full responsibility for day-to-day site delivery on a complex, high-end residential refurbishment scheme. Working closely with the Project Lead and senior management, you’ll ensure all construction and finishing stages meet the client’s exacting standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing all on-site operations for a listed residential property refurbishment.
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and direct labour.
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, CDM, and listed building requirements.
- Monitoring programme progress, quality, and budgets.
