A luxury residential developer delivering high-end refurbishment and new-build projects across London and the Home Counties is seeking an experienced Project Manager.

This is a key role leading a prestigious £8–10m listed residential refurbishment in Marylebone, Central London. The project is secured and planning is underway, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

The Project Manager’s Role

The Project Manager will take full responsibility for day-to-day site delivery on a complex, high-end residential refurbishment scheme. Working closely with the Project Lead and senior management, you’ll ensure all construction and finishing stages meet the client’s exacting standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing all on-site operations for a listed residential property refurbishment.
  • Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and direct labour.
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety, CDM, and listed building requirements.
  • Monitoring programme progress, quality, and budgets.
  • Liaising closely with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Driving the highest standards of workmanship and attention to detail throughout the build.

The Project Manager

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, Senior Site Manager, or Construction Manager.
  • Strong background in high-end residential and refurbishment projects.
  • Experience delivering listed building or heritage schemes.
  • Understanding of basements and complex structural works.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Detail-driven, professional, and client-facing.
  • Based within commutable distance of Central London.
  • Must show good longevity on CV.
