If you’re experienced in construction estimating—particularly within fit-out or residential sectors—this is a standout opportunity to grow your career with a trusted and expanding firm. What You’ll Be Doing Working from the head office in Romford, you’ll be a vital part of the commercial team, managing the full estimating lifecycle from enquiry through to submission. Review and analyse drawings, plans and project specifications Conduct site visits when required to gather project-specific data Measure quantities using digital take-off software (OST or similar) Prepare detailed cost estimates covering labour, materials, and plant Produce accurate Bills of Quantities and tender submissions Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive quotes Assist in adjudicating tenders with company directors Respond to post-tender queries and value engineering opportunities About You You’re a confident Estimator with solid construction sector experience and a sharp eye for detail.
