What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee multiple live building restoration sites across the North
- Ensure contracts are delivered on time, to budget, and to conservation standards
- Lead client relationships, liaising with consultants and conservation officers
- Chair regular site meetings, addressing issues and keeping communication clear
- Conduct site visits and maintain accurate project reporting
- Work closely with Estimators and Quantity Surveyors on valuations and variations
- Ensure all works comply with JCT contract terms and safety standards
About You
- 5+ years in Contracts Management or senior site leadership
- Proven experience in heritage, conservation, or restoration construction
- Solid understanding of JCT contracts and construction legislation
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- SSSTS or SMSTS, plus a valid CSCS card
- HNC/ONC or equivalent qualification (desirable)
