Maintenance Engineer Electrically Biased - Shifts
Location: West Midlands, Wolverhampton
Salary: £38-47k + Annual Bonus + 10% Pension Contribution + 28 Days Holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
Samuel Frank is recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a company with a base in the Wolverhampton area, on the North West side of Birmingham. The Electrical Maintenance Engineer role could suit well if you’re time served and have around 2-4 years of experience.
Key aspects of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer role include:
- Carry out breakdown repairs, preventative maintenance activity and help to ensure process availability.
- Maintenance Engineer will have some PLC fault finding experience and be able to diagnose code faults.
- 3 shift pattern Monday to Friday: earlies, lates, nights on weekly rotation. Once every 6 weeks you’ll work a Saturday as part of your contracted hours.
- Someone who is keen to learn and develop into the role is key. The role doesn’t require someone to be the finished article from Day 1, what it does require is for someone to commit to learning and developing.
- Electrical Maintenance Engineers who have worked in heavy industry that have experience of laser welders, heavy duty presses or slitters would be ideally suited.
- The successful candidate will operate as part of a small team and should be fully conversant with current health & safety regulations.
Additional Information:
- Annual bonus is up to 10% of your base salary.
- Company will contribute 10% into your pension fund if you contribute 6%.
