Samuel Frank is recruiting an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead the commissioning programme on a major Energy from Waste facility in County Durham, with HTI experience. The role requires taking ownership from mechanical completion through to performance testing and final handover on a 5-month contract outside IR35.
The successful candidate will manage multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, controls, instrumentation and process engineering, drive commissioning plans.
