Senior Electrical Project Engineer North West – £54-64k + 10% pension contribution + quarterly bonus + 28 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + BUPA + Annual Pay Review Samuel Frank is recruiting for an experienced, electrically biased Senior Project Engineer to work on a large plant in the Deeside area. Key aspects of the Senior Electrical Project Engineer role include Suit a Project Engineer who has experience of working for a systems integrator delivering electrically biased projects Experience of planning and delivering CapEx projects Successful Project Engineer will have experience of managing external contractors as well as leading small teams Degree preferred, HND level considered The company will also cover professional body subscriptions and will also encourage and support team members to gain Chartered status. Salary range of £60-64k includes an uplift of a set amount of prepaid annual overtime hours, paid annually in January Officially the hours are 8.30am-4.45pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am-3.45pm on a Friday, but Engineers often start earlier and finish earlier so theres some flexibility. The site is going through a large phase of investment and offers team members a generous package including a quarterly bonus scheme which, if hit, pays quarterly, which could mean an extra £5-8k per year on top of your basic. The company has welfare support for staff, employee discount schemes and have also recently amended salaries to help people adjust to increased personal costs.
