Requirements Engineer – Hybrid Working – Staffordshire – Permanent – £60-65k + 30 days holiday, bonus scheme & private healthcare cover +++Specialist Engineering company with high calibre Engineering team to work with, opportunities for progression, flexible working+++ Samuel Frank is recruiting for a Requirements Engineer for a Staffordshire based, specialist engineering business. The successful Requirements Engineer will need to be a British passport holder and be Degree qualified and ideally have some control systems experience. Key aspects to the Requirements Engineer position include; * Inquisitive approach, able to question beyond surface level answers to understand root cause of problems and not be afraid to challenge! * Qualified to least Degree level (ideally in Electrical or Controls related subject). Requirement Engineers with mechanical backgrounds will also be considered. * Experience of working as a Requirements Engineer in a highly regulated industry * Ability to collect, process and interpreting data and information. * Strong written English skills to be able to produce high quality documentation * Be able to manage client effectively as well as communicate clear responses to internal stakeholders * Keep up to date with latest legislation updates and changes, be able to suggest and advise on imminent changes * Opportunities to progress into either a Principal level Engineer or potentially go down the commercia…
