Project Manager – EC&I – Cheshire – Permanent – £65-70k + Bonus + Car or Car Allowance + Hybrid + Uplifted Pension Contribution Samuel Frank is recruiting for a Cheshire based EPC contractor as they’re looking to add an experienced Project Manager with strong commercial/contracts experience to their team. Key aspects of the Project Manager role include – * A technical appreciation of EC&I or DCS will enable the Project Manager to communicate and manage effectively * Knowledge of the CDM regulations * Project Manager will have NEC 3 or NEC4 contract experience – ideally knowledge of Options A, C & E * Use CPI and SPI to monitor commercials and project performance * Project Manager will be commercially & technically responsible for the delivery of control systems to end customers * Successful, proven track record of delivering projects involving controls systems for an OEM, an EPC contractor or a systems integrator would be ideal – relevant experience working for an end-user could also work well too. * Knowledge of PMBOK or PRINCE2 * Trips to site will all be UK based and typically 1-2 days in duration * Role will be hybrid – 2 days a week at home, 3 days a week at the office * Ideally have a recognised Project Management membership such as PMI * Bonus will be based on both personal and business performance (10% of base salary Year 1) * Car allowance around £8000/yr. * Depending on how old you are, the company’s pension contribution ranges from 8-12.5% The office location is commutable from most of Cheshire, including places such as Manchester, Liverpool, Runcorn, Warrington, Stockport, Widnes, Chester and Northwich.
