Samuel Frank is recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer for a North Yorkshire based manufacturing business. The successful Maintenance Engineer will need to be mechanically trained and mechanically biased.

Key aspects of the Maintenance Engineer role include
- Attitude and approach to the work is the main aspect of what were looking for; a Maintenance Engineer who is positive, keen to learn, is engaged and is keen to follow up to a positive conclusion will be well suited.
- The shift pattern rotation is 5 weeks and is set up so youll have 3 weekends out of 5, completely clear of work commitments. Role includes working a mixture of days and nights. 14 days are worked over 25 days, followed by 10 days off.
- The successful Maintenance Engineer will have a recognised mechanically biased Engineering apprenticeship or relevant engineering Degree qualification with evidence of practical application/experience
- The Maintenance Engineer role is a hands-on, tools-based position responsible for ensuring all production and operations equipment is well-maintained and supported to a high standard.
- Ideally, youll have experience of working in an FMCG manufacturing environment
- All Maintenance Engineers on the team need to be PC literate
