- Attitude and approach to the work is the main aspect; a Maintenance Engineer who is positive, keen to learn, engaged, and keen to follow up to a positive conclusion will be well suited.
- Maintenance Engineers with experience of working in automated FMCG style environments will be well suited.
- The shift pattern rotation is 5 weeks, allowing for 3 weekends out of 5 completely clear of work commitments. Role includes working a mixture of days and nights. 14 days are worked over 25 days, followed by 10 days off.
