Junior Electrical Engineer – Staffordshire based – Permanent – £30-40K + bonus + 30 days holiday + hybrid when in office + overtime (pre-agreed hours) Samuel Frank is recruiting a Junior Electrical Engineer to join a well-established, specialist engineering business located in central Staffordshire. The Electrical Engineer role will suit a Degree qualified Engineer with around 1-4 years experience. All applicants must have a British passport and not hold dual nationality, as you’ll be put through security clearance. Key aspects of the Junior Electrical Engineer role include – * Phase 1 will involve preparing and writing all commissioning related documentation, this will take place on a hybrid basis from the office in Stafford * Phase 2 could either involve being based on customer site in Berkshire where you’ll be taught how to test & commission the systems or continue being Stafford office based (not “hands-on”) * When working on site, pre-agreed overtime will be paid on top of a daily allowance payment (plus all travel & accommodation costs). * Junior Electrical Engineer role will suit an Engineer at the beginning stages of their career who is interested in learning and completing key stages in the commissioning stages of project delivery. * The Junior Electrical Engineer role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to learn from high calibre, seasoned professionals in both office and site based environments * UK driving licence – essential requirement * When working in Stafford, on Mondays and Fridays you’ll work from home with the rest of the week being office based * The company encourages and will support Electrical Engineers taking on Chartered status / MSc qualifications etc. * 30 days holiday per year as well as the statutory Bank Holidays * Potential bonus pool of up to 10% of your basic salary Their offices are easily commutable from Stoke, Stafford, Cannock, Lichfield, Telford, Uttoxeter, Stone.
