Samuel Frank is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager from either an electrical or mechanical background to join a major manufacturing site in the Deeside area. This Project Manager role sits within a large, well-known industrial environment that is currently going through significant investment and transformation, offering the successful Project Manager genuine scope to make an impact quickly.
This Project Manager position will suit someone who is comfortable operating as the central point of coordination across multiple stakeholders, taking full ownership of projects from concept through to completion in a complex, live manufacturing environment.

- This Project Manager role is focused on delivering CAPEX and revenue projects from cradle to grave, including specification, tendering, procurement, installation and commissioning.
- The initial focus for the Project Manager will be a significant multi-million-pound plant upgrade project, requiring strong planning, contractor management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience managing external contractors and leading small teams is essential, with responsibility for ensuring safe working practices and compliance.

Because the role is plant based, it will be static without any travel involved. In terms of package, the Project Manager role offers:

- 28 days holiday + Bank Holidays, can use plus or minus 18 days per year and either reallocate from the next year's allowance or use more the following year.

The role is fully site-based near Deeside with flexible start/finish times around core hours. This Project Manager role is commutable from Deeside, Chester, Wrexham, Ellesmere Port, Liverpool, Warrington, Runcorn and surrounding areas.
