Samuel Frank is recruiting for an Electrical CAD Engineer to join a very well regarded and well-established special purpose machine manufacturer based in Lancashire.
Applicants for the Electrical CAD Engineer position will have some of the following:
- Produce multi-sheet electrical schematics, layout and fascia drawings to IEC-60617, from engineers’ sketches using an AutoCAD based drawing package.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical will be advantageous but not essential.
- The Electrical CAD Engineer will perform other duties around the design (cable schedules etc.) and provide technical support during panel and machine build.
- Compile and issue of electrical parts lists, liaising with suppliers and the purchasing department to ensure parts are correct.
All Electrical CAD Engineer applicants must be able to work in the UK without sponsorship. This is an office based role and the office is easily commutable from the following places within Lancashire and Greater Manchester – Bury, Bolton, Rochdale, Blackburn, Burnley & Preston.
