Senior Demand Specialist (12 month FTC)

This role is part of SEUK MX division and will be responsible for the operational management within the SCM function. The role involves working with SCM specialists to handle relationships with key accounts, ensure accurate forecasting, and manage projects such as new launches, end-of-life activities, and WOS management.

Role and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HQ, Factory, and logistics providers to handle inbound supply, identify shortages, and recommend solutions.
• Contribute to supply chain process improvements, inventory management, and production proposals.
• Manage demand in SCM for the Mobile division, focusing on categories like memory, NPC, Wearables, SMP, Tablet.
• Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide recommendations on internal projects and discussions.
• Collaborate on sales planning with other teams to meet sales targets.
• Own demand forecasting in collaboration with Sales and Product Management.
• Plan channel stocks to meet targets (PSI management).
• Manage revenue forecasts and long-term planning with Product Management.
• Lead SCM meetings, analyze business performance, and flag issues.
• Build relationships with HQ and factory contacts for product groups.
• Liaise with logistics providers for inbound/outbound activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and represent demand planning managers when needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong numeracy and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in channel planning and cross-functional project management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized and structured approach to account management.
• Motivated team player with passion for the role.
• Analytical skills to interpret data trends.
