You’ll design visual assets and lightweight animations that support educational content, product guidance, and behavior-driven experiences — helping millions of users make meaningful, positive changes in their daily lives. Your work will bring clarity, engagement, and delight to a high-profile initiative at the intersection of technology, wellness, and behavior design. We’re looking for a designer who can translate complex ideas into simple, beautiful moments through illustration and motion — with a style of Modern Flat and Gradient Blends, Playful Shapes, Minimalist, and Expressive. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver production-ready illustrations and animations that align with our evolving visual system. Create a cohesive visual and motion design language that supports learning, engagement, and positive user actions. Produce Lottie-compatible animations optimized for mobile and web platforms. Work closely with a cross-functional team including product designers, content strategists, researchers, and domain specialists. Maintain visual consistency and scalability across static and animated assets. Iterate based on structured feedback loops from team reviews and user insights. Project Phases The project will be structured into several main sprints, with the goal of producing around 100 illustrations, with a subset of these being animated. Phase 1: Briefing and scoping, visual direction alignment, and planning Phase 2: Initial illustration and animation exploration Production of core visual asset sets (static and animated) Feedback and refinement Phase 3: Further asset production – expansion of visual library and alternate format variants Feedback and refinement Delivery of vectors and animations (e.g. Lottie files) Final adjustments, QA, and packaging for developer handoff You Might Be a Great Fit If You… Are a senior-level visual designer or illustrator who loves using motion to tell stories and guide users. Have deep experience with Figma, After Effects, Illustrator, LottieFiles, or similar animation and design tools. Thrive in a remote-first, async team culture, with proactive, positive, and autonomous work habits. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams spanning design, content, and research. Are passionate about making complex ideas simple, clear, and inspiring through thoughtful design. Have experience creating modular, scalable visual asset libraries. Logistics Remote, timezone-flexible — with participation in regular design reviews and team meetings at 16:00 UTC+1. Contract duration: 3–6 months, with potential opportunities for future collaboration.
