Position Summary

Why join our team?

This role takes ownership of a group of large existing Samsung relationships in the Enterprise segment. You will be responsible for driving sales of the entire MX portfolio (products and services) into these accounts, measured against annual sales targets as part of the B2B management plan. Your focus will be on developing new relationships and increasing adoption of Samsung MX products and services.

You will lead the achievement of sales targets (based on customer sell-out), primarily through our channel partners (resellers and operators), and will promote our premium and rugged hardware, AI services, and solutions including the Knox portfolio and PC range.

Role And Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities

Delivery of commercial targets

  • Define and execute the UK sales strategy for targeted prospects, identifying growth opportunities across hardware and software, and maximizing Samsung\’s share of wallet.
  • Maintain an active schedule of meetings and calls to generate opportunities and sales, building engagement within your accounts.
  • Understand Samsung’s security platform, AI, and 5G products, and leverage these to create new opportunities.
  • Identify sales prospects in emerging areas like New Computing and AI, collaborating with subject matter experts to meet targets.

Expansion of customer relationships

  • Manage senior relationships (C-suite/Director level) within key accounts, including CTO, CIO, IT Director, and others.
  • Identify sell-through and sell-with opportunities, as well as D2C/EPP opportunities, aligning with customer IT and business strategies.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within Samsung, facilitating introductions to relevant experts.

Implementing wider Samsung team demonstrations

  • Introduce relevant subject matter experts from MX hardware, Knox, and other divisions to clients.
  • Lead growth projects to increase revenue and wallet share.
  • Utilize standard processes (like ETO) to unlock further opportunities.
  • Promote the One Samsung initiative to strengthen cross-divisional collaboration.

What We Need For This Role

To succeed, you should have:

  • Experience working at a senior level within Enterprise accounts.
  • Proven success in acquiring new logos in IT-related businesses.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and execution skills.
  • Excellent presentation and analytical abilities.
  • Capability to navigate large, complex organizations independently.
  • A track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing long-term pipelines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Experience working in a global organization and understanding cultural differences.

The successful candidate will be an internal champion for their accounts, identifying growth opportunities and leveraging the broader Samsung team to deliver them.
