Role and Responsibilities
As the Head of Brand & Content Marketing, you'll play a central role in defining and executing Samsung Ads' brand and content strategy across Europe. You'll oversee key functional areas including content creation and execution, brand positioning, media management, CRM and lead management, and the Samsung Ads website.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy and Execution – develop and lead the overarching content strategy across all owned and paid platforms.
- Brand Positioning – collaborate with Product Marketing to align brand narrative with go‐to‐market product launches.
- Media Management – plan, activate and oversee all owned and paid media initiatives.
- CRM & Lead Management – lead ROI measurement, manage CRM systems and lead generation processes.
- Website Management – take full ownership of the Samsung Ads Europe website, ensuring optimisation and alignment with business goals.
Your People Management Responsibilities – Leading Others Only
- Provide clarity on strategy, team purpose and direction.
- Mentor and coach the team through regular 1:1s and on‐job learning.
- Model inclusion and build trust and psychological safety.
- Communicate core updates and cascades from leadership.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding and the colleague lifecycle.
- Handle annual people management cycles: goal setting, evaluation and salary reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and values.
Qualifications
- Marketing leadership experience with integrated brand and content strategies (B2B and/or AdTech experience a plus).
- Strong storytelling and brand positioning abilities.
- Hands‐on content creator comfortable with strategy and execution.
- Digital‐first mindset: experience with paid, owned media, CRM and web platforms.
- Data‐driven – confident using metrics to optimise performance and demonstrate impact.
- Collaborative team player across functions (product, sales, global marketing).
- Adaptable multitasker who thrives under pressure.
- Creative thinker and problem solver with initiative and a solutions‐oriented mindset.
