The role is located in the Samsung Networks Europe’s (SNE) team of Mission Critical Support Services.
The team is empowering our delivery of Public Service solutions in Europe with our market leading portfolio of products ranging from Device Clients, RAN, Core and MCPTX Application Services.
The Senior MCX Engineer sit across the Test and Delivery teams under the leadership of the Test and Service Delivery Manager and play a key role in SNEs mission as the team who lead the testing, performance and operational availabilty of our products, meeting customer expectations, contractual milestones and SLAs.
