The Ads Partnerships Team sits within the European Service Business Office (ESBO) in the heart of London, driving the growth and strategic evolution of Samsung Ads EMEA—part of Samsung’s global media and advertising division. Operating at the centre of the Connected TV (CTV) and mobile monetization ecosystem, we partner with the world’s leading adtech platforms, demand sources, and data infrastructure providers to power how advertising flows across Samsung’s vast global device footprint.

Joining this team means operating at the dynamic intersection of strategy, technology, and revenue:

  • Unmatched Scale & Influence: Directly influence platform and infrastructure decisions that shape the future of programmatic CTV across millions of screens.
  • True End-to-End Ownership: Identify, structure, and scale high-impact partnerships from concept and term sheet to market execution.
  • High-Visibility Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional leadership across Commercial, Product, Legal, Privacy, and Global HQ in Suwon to turn strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Our team’s core mission is anchored across four strategic pillars:

  • Empowering Commercial Growth: Delivering best-in-class partner integrations that support our client-facing sales teams.
  • Pioneering Product Innovation: Identifying strategic opportunities to enhance and differentiate our CTV and mobile offering.
  • Full-Lifecycle Deal Execution: Leading commercial, technical, and contractual dealmaking with tier-one global partners.
  • Strategic Ecosystem Leadership: Driving long-term stakeholder alignment and governance both internally and across the wider AdTech market.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Drive Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline: Proactively map the EMEA and global adtech landscape (SSPs, DSPs, measurement, identity, and data clean rooms) to identify and onboard high-impact partners that enhance Samsung’s agency and advertiser propositions.
  • Lead Full-Cycle Deal Execution: Own end-to-end dealmaking—from initial outreach, business casing, and term sheet negotiation through to final contractual execution.
  • Navigate Regulatory & Contractual Excellence: Partner seamlessly with internal Legal and Privacy teams to resolve complex commercial and technical blockers, ensuring all agreements uphold robust data protection standards (e.g., GDPR, ePrivacy).
  • Spearhead Data & Measurement Strategy: Build a robust pipeline of data and measurement integrations across key European markets, informing complex commercial, legal, and financial deal structures.
  • Drive Cross-Functional & Global Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Product Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Samsung HQ in Suwon to align partner initiatives with global business priorities.
  • Establish Governance & Scale: Develop scalable evaluation frameworks, reporting models, and KPIs to continuously monitor partner performance and maximize ongoing commercial value.
  • Serve as an AdTech Thought Leader: Act as the subject matter expert on ecosystem trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging technologies, directly influencing the product and monetization roadmap for Samsung Ads.

To be successful in this role, you will bring a sharp blend of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and deep programmatic ecosystem knowledge.

Experience:

  • Significant, proven experience in adtech, CTV, programmatic advertising, or platform/media partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of the modern programmatic stack, with specific expertise in data, measurement, identity, SSP/DSP mechanics, and ad server infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading complex, high-value commercial and contractual negotiations with major technology partners from term sheet to signature.
  • Proven ability to lead sophisticated cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Commercial & Negotiation Acumen: Outstanding deal-structuring capabilities with a knack for identifying mutual value and resolving complex commercial/legal bottlenecks.
  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to synthesize complex market and technical data into clear, compelling business cases for executive decision-makers.
  • Regulatory & Technical Fluency: Comfortable navigating data privacy landscapes (GDPR, ePrivacy) and translating technical product nuances into commercial reality.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior partners, cross-functional peers, and executive leadership.
  • Autonomous Execution: Proactive, structured, and comfortable operating with agility in dynamic or ambiguous environments.

Success in this role is measured by your ability to drive tangible, long-term commercial and platform impact against our strategic roadmap:

  • Delivering High-Impact Opportunities: Identifying, pitching, and launching tier-one partnerships that unlock new revenue streams, enhance platform capabilities, and deliver a competitive edge for Samsung Ads across EMEA.
  • Maximizing Commercial & Ecosystem Value: Negotiating partnerships that secure optimal terms, protect Samsung's interests, and build long-term, mutually rewarding partner relationships.
  • Becoming a Trusted Strategic Advisor: Serving as an indispensable advisor to internal leadership, cross-functional teams, and Global HQ, guiding key decisions on partner roadmap evolution and market dynamics.

You will achieve this by immersing yourself in the Samsung Ads ecosystem, building collaborative cross-functional relationships, and demonstrating a proactive ownership mindset that transforms strategy into results.

Benefits of working at Samsung include:

  • Hybrid working – 3 days in the office and 2 days at home per week

  • Holiday - 25 days plus bank holidays and an additional day off for your birthday
  • Access to discounts on a wide range of Samsung products
