A highly motivated and supportive team of 25 manages all aspects of Account Receivables, including credit limit management, order release, collection of outstanding monies, verification of claims, eCommerce back-office, account reconciliations and cash allocations. The role focuses on collections, ageing profiles and query turnaround times and works closely with the Risk Management team and the Director of Financial Operations.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer ledgers for large corporate, retail, distributor, service centre and SME customers and verify claims with supporting documentation.
- Resolve disputes from customers quickly and efficiently.
- Work closely with the Collections team and other related departments to validate claims in line with ageing AR ledger requirements.
- Achieve or exceed key KPI targets: debt >32 days.
