The programme involves studying a 3-year Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship - Management Practice BA (Hons) Degree at Henley Business School part-time while learning on the job. You will embark on a series of placements working alongside our expert teams, making a real contribution to one of the largest technology brands in the world. You will gain and apply practical and theoretical knowledge allowing you to develop personal skills while interfacing and building relationships with people in the business. We provide full training which includes an induction programme and development programme.
Much of Samsung’s success is down to our brilliant Sales teams. You’ll either be based in the field as a real hands-on member of the team, travelling across the UK winning clients and selling some of our most premium products, or you will be based at our head office taking part in strategic planning and marketing, which is vital to the success of our business. Our roles offer fantastic prospects for those interested in becoming Area Sales Managers and National Account Managers.
Required qualifications and skills:
- 2 A-levels or equivalent BTEC level 3, GCSE English and Maths
- Provide evidence of eligibility to work in the UK for the duration of the programme
- Results driven, organised, analytical, customer focused, strong communicator and team player
- Be able to start in September 2026

Location: The majority of our opportunities are based in Chertsey, Surrey. Our offices are located in beautiful grounds, and within easy reach of London, just outside the M25. Our on-site restaurant serves a wide range of delicious meals, including South Korean and Western options.
