Position Summary
The ETO B2B team is working at the heart of a core and growing business; covering a broad range of interesting and innovative topics. A small in number, focused & passionate team that thrives upon creating plans, propositions, GTM activities which aim to provide our 16 Local Offices with the tools to meet customer needs and win more business!
Role and Responsibilities
This role will be central to building the strategy, implementing the plans and driving the commercial activities across Europe to drive Samsung’s B2B services portfolio of Knox and Samsung Care+ for Business as well as lead our B2B Online capability.
B2B Services
At the heart of the B2B proposition, we have an established Knox Services portfolio, which is growing at great rates. However, there is an opportunity to drive this more commercially and ensure that the capabilities are known, bought and used by our customers and channels. This role will be key in developing this, working closely with our SRUK and SRPOL colleagues.
In addition, we have an emerging service; Samsung Care+ for Business, which needs to be commercialised across Europe to realise its potential and drive new revenue streams. This role will be key to that, with the aim of significantly boosting the business by Q3 2026.
B2B Online
This is an important weapon in our direct to customer growth, and a channel where we see more demand growing in the market. This role shapes the strategy and direction for how this can grow within our Local Offices; how the service and support can be shaped and how the commercial offerings are developed to delight our customers!
You will act as the lead for Europe for the SMB .com portal; interfacing to many senior level internal and external parties. The role is within Samsung ETO (European Telecommunications Office), and be in charge of driving the strategy and success of .com business within Europe.
The role will entail working directly with the subsidiary, the European Marketing office, B2B and Digital teams and Heads of the B2B business units in Subsidiaries, European Product Management team, HQ Digital and B2B Product Group and Service organisation. In addition, where required, liaising with third-party solution providers.
The role handles both the SMB eStore and our affiliate programme (EPP). Where relevant we will look to deploy our B2B Services across the digital channels.
The leader for this role:
The leader required for this role needs to have a positive and driven spirit combined with a strategic mind-set and track record as well as the ability to deliver results through other teams; operating in a complex, international matrix organisation and the ability to work under their own direction, structuring complex project environments and critically developing Pan-European go-to-market & commercial plans.
You will be someone who has demonstrable experience of owning and leading B2B Services and digital businesses, with experience in meeting the needs for B2B customers through this channel. With excellence in propositions/services and in driving successful commercial results through others (cross-functional teams).
Key to success will be achieved by building and leading cross functional teams, such as Samsung HQ (D2C/Digital/Product Group/Services Group/ SRUK and SRPOL), EU customer Services team, engaging at Senior and operational levels in selected markets to drive the mutually helpful commercial outcomes.
- Develop and implement a world class B2B Services and B2B Online operations (GTM, commercial case, operating model)
- Build the strategy, case and critical metrics for this channel with bold positioning to reinforce a robust strategy for launch in the UK market
- Lead the creation of Pan-European Samsung community for the implementation and launch of the enhanced offering to obtain consensus to the strategy and to support the European team and local markets sales of the propositions
- Develop Pan-European commercial sales initiatives to drive performance, improve customer experience and increase customer adoption & retention
- Represent Samsung for these key programmes to senior levels in the business and with across a broad range of markets
- Passionately drive this ground-breaking opportunity for Samsung in B2B
- Track the implementation success against the defined metrics for the programs and communicate in a structured way the program performance on a regular basis to company’s management (EU, HQ, Subsidiary)
- Establish and define a communications and sales programme to drive the portfolio, sharing the standard methodology, knowledge transfers and sales tools for the European markets
- Build & lead the (virtual) EU Taskforce of cross-functional and divisional colleagues for these important projects
- Communicate and obtain agreement to activate the programs and launches to ensure success and that these initiatives can be replicated on a Pan-European basis
- Collaborate with the European PR team and Markets to devise the communication strategy

Presentations – be able to prepare and authoritatively present, with impact, sales and technical concepts both at C- and operational level to demonstrate compelling arguments. Excellent analytical skills, with shown experience in building value propositions, market positioning and in being responsible for the adoption of the services through cross-functional teams.
Commercial experience in leading and designing commercial programmes for growth. Excellent PowerPoint, Excel skills and dashboard creation / design skills. Working with third partners at a strategic and Senior level to define and implement mutually successful programs that drive solution sales based revenue.
Experience working in a regional role working in a matrix structure and virtual teams. Thrives upon Senior level engagement, able to expertly lead senior level discussions with the appropriate gravitas. To plan, organise, and prioritise multiple projects, sales, and simultaneous performance objectives.
Strong drive and ability to work in a matrix organisation and virtual teams. Leadership - deliver results through others from a broad range of functions within the business.
