Position Summary
This role is part of SEUK MX division and will have a key part in ensuring the efficient operational management within the SCM function. The role will work within a team of SCM specialists responsible for managing the day-to-day SCM relationship with a number of key accounts. A core part of the role will be working with the sales team to ensure accurate forecasting is in place and that we run the function efficiently within established processes. In addition, project managing key activities within the program; such as new launches in channels, end of life management and ensuring correct WOS management and sell out plan adherence. This role is designed to support and develop MX OPS (demand planning) and ensuring that the work is carried out efficiently and accurately with required escalations made in time to effect change.
- Coordinating weekly/monthly sales planning collaboratively with other functional teams and to support the commercial team to meet sales targets by bringing the optimal stock in on time.
- Demand forecasting in collaboration with other teams and update in the system on a weekly basis.
- Submission for month end revenue forecast (Sokbo) and close monitor long term target planning with PM (Shillheng).
- Analysis of any business risks and to drive the required actions from across all division members.
- Leading business reviews with collaborative partners in order to build up the correct strategic relationships.
- Liaising with HQ in regards to product availability, confirming production schedules and expected shipment dates.
- Liaise with 3rd party logistics company regarding inbound/outbound including securing booking slots.
- Working with the finance team in regards to credit control/limitation, billing/invoice reference, etc.
- Analyse and report to the senior management on key SCM metrics. Understand business expectations and proactively highlight risks and opportunities.
