Samsung Electronics is seeking a Senior European Employee Relations and Policy Manager to lead complex ER initiatives, manage employee representative bodies, and drive HR policy implementation across Europe. You will work with 19 People Teams in 35+ countries under the European Office People Team (EOPT) and report to the Director of Talent Management for Europe.
You will own ER policy development, lead investigations, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
