In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of small-to-medium sized projects running in parallel across the team. Within the CE Field Service team, we are proactively leading a number of innovative B2C and B2B initiatives aimed at improving customer experience, increasing direct repair volume, and driving sales revenue opportunities. You will take active responsibility for the scope, schedule, and coordination of these projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, meeting objectives and quality standards.

Located in Chertsey, Surrey, we are seeking individuals keen to work in fast-paced tech environments with market-leading products, and thrilled by the idea of creating a positive impact and driving innovation.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Continuously track the performance of any in-flight initiatives against the pre-defined goals and KPIs, flagging any issues and reporting on successes.
  • Documentation: Prepare presentations introducing new projects and showcasing their progress and evolution. Document new operating models, processes, or ROI simulations where required.
  • Communication Strategy: Develop and implement a communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged at the right times and via the right channels. Lead regular status meetings with internal teams and European Subsidiary stakeholders, keeping project stakeholders updated and focused.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans. Escalate critical blockers to senior leadership when necessary.
  • Quality Assurance: Review deliverables against the initial brief to ensure the "definition of done" is met before final sign-off.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-mortems or retrospectives to review project return on investment (ROI) and KPI achievement. Capture lessons learned and action points for future projects.
