Position Summary
Why join our team?
We are looking for a strategic, creative leader to join our Ads Product Marketing team – a function within Samsung’s advertising division, based in central London – as a Sales Solutions & Packaging Lead.
The Ads Product Marketing team is focused on three areas: evaluating product-market fit for the ad products we build, developing and activating the go-to-market strategy for ad product launches, and supporting our client-facing teams in EMEA through sales enablement initiatives.
This role will be building a new function for our business, focused on sales enablement and market intelligence. The role includes developing high-impact sales packages, sponsorship offerings, compelling narratives, case studies, and external claims that position Samsung’s suite of advertising solutions at the forefront of the industry. You will also lead competitive and market intelligence initiatives, ensuring our client-facing teams are equipped with actionable insights to stay ahead in a fast-evolving marketplace. You will work closely with the Product GTM team within Ads Product Marketing, as well as cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Analytics & Insights, Pricing, Partnerships and Operations.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader who has experience and expertise developing new sales solutions and packages; can work autonomously, cross-functionally and engage and influence leaders across our business; have pan-European experience in media and ad tech, specialising in video, TV and/or CTV advertising; have strong attention to detail and communication skills, both written and verbal; have the ability to simplify complex topics; and effectively collaborate and build relationships across multiple functions and seniority levels.
Role and Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
-
Sales Package & Sponsorship Development: Build the foundations and frameworks for sales package and sponsorship development; and lead the creation and evolution of sales packages, sponsorship proposals and customised client packages tailored to specific verticals and business needs including sales materials, pitch decks, and solution one-pagers.
-
Narrative & Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives and case studies that highlight the success and effectiveness of our advertising solutions, tailored to different verticals and client segments.
-
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Build the framework and processes to effectively capture market and competitive intelligence. Lead research initiatives to gather and synthesise market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights, redefining them into actionable strategies for sales and product teams.
-
Claims Development: Develop external claims showcasing product capabilities, supported by robust data and industry standards.
-
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with other departments to align messaging, ensure consistent positioning, and support go-to-market initiatives.
-
Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the tools, insights, and training they need to effectively communicate our value proposition, sponsorship opportunities, and close deals.
-
Thought Leadership: Support Strategic Marketing with the creation of externally facing thought leadership content, including whitepapers and industry insights, to position our brand as a leader in the advertising ecosystem.
