Position: Part-time Brand Sales Consultant / Sales Advisor - John Lewis (24 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Applies the brand appropriate selling ceremony with each customer for both Samsonite and TUMI within the department.
  • Demonstrates understanding of personal sales goals and KPIs and strives to hit targets set.
  • Works independently at times, and as part of a small but dedicated brand team.
  • Exhibits exceptional customer service with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Takes pride in the store and maintains the standards on the sales floor, including a swift replenishment of products.

Skills Required

  • Constant standing, bending, frequent lifting of luggage up to 15 kilos.
  • Computer literate.
  • Previous experience in retail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
