Position: UK Sales Administrator / 37.50 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Location: Samsonite Head Office, 5 The Square, Stockley Park, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB11 1ET

JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Administrator
Responsibilities
- Order Management
- Enter orders into the SAP system.
- Communicate order confirmations, including handling out-of-stock situations and providing estimated time of arrival (ETA).
- Verify and check prices for accuracy.
- Financial Documentation
- Generate proforma invoices.
- Customer Interaction
- Book orders with customers, noting that many clients use unique methods or portals. Prior experience with such systems is beneficial.
- After-Sales Support
- Handle all after-sales services.
- Wholesale Channel Knowledge
- Demonstrate understanding and experience in the wholesale channel.
- Administrative Tasks
- Complete new line forms for customers.
- Provide product images as needed.
Monitor seasonal orders for all brands
Additional Obligations
- To assist management with various duties as required
