Main responsibilities:
- T0 & T+1 trade, cash and positions reconciliations
- Work closely with Prime Brokers and Administrator to ensure timely break resolution and smooth operational flow
- Corporate Action elections
- Maintaining and improving operational infrastructure and portfolio management system
- Cash Management & margin review
- Daily P&L Calculations and Monthly NAV
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure processing of daily trading activity
- Fx Share Class hedging
- Treasury operations
- Supporting and improving compliance and risk management processes where necessary and assisting the relevant teams
Requirements:
- 3 years+ experience in a suitable function in a prop trading firm, hedge fund, asset manager or bank
- Entrepreneurial, committed and able to work well under pressure
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is required (VBA or any other programming knowledge would be a plus)
- Equities experience and knowledge of equities markets
- Ability to communicate concisely and effectively and coordinate within a small team
Remuneration:
Competitive total comp. Performance-driven with no pre-set comp brackets.
