THE POSITION

As a Floor Manager at Samsøe Samsøe, you will support the Store Manager in the daily operations and management of the store. You will play an important role in leading the team on the shop floor, ensuring high standards, strong sales performance, and an inspiring customer experience. As the second-in-command, you will take responsibility when the Store Manager is not present and help create a positive and motivating work environment. You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills within a fast-growing fashion organization where inclusion, responsibility, community, and internal development are part of our culture.

TASKS

  • Support the Store Manager in the daily operations tasks of the store
  • Take responsibility for the store and team when the Store Manager is not present
  • Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Drive sales performance and work actively with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure the visual identity and standards of the store are maintained according to Samsøe Samsøe guidelines
  • Support onboarding and development of new team members
  • Create strong customer relationships and ensure a premium customer experience
  • Stay updated on Samsøe Samsøe collections, activities, and product knowledge
  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment

  • You have experience from a similar position within fashion retail
  • You enjoy taking responsibility and leading a team in the daily operations of a store
