We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee cleaning operations within our organisation.
This position involves managing a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Train and mentor cleaning staff to enhance their performance and efficiency.
- Use machinery across the building
- Fill the employees timesheets
- Assist with Health and Safety operations incl. RAMS and COSHH
- Deal with strong personalities within the team
- Assist with the periodic works on some of the weekends
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as necessary.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices related to cleaning.
