Working as a professional vertical window cleaner Monday to Friday 6am – 1.30pm including paid lunch break
Using reach and wash and various cleaning techniques to clean a number of buildings at Regent\’s Place
- Safely operate a variety of aerial lift equipment, including cradles, Scissor lifts to clean windows on high-rise buildings
- Follow strict safety protocols and guidelines at all times while working at heights
- Clean exterior and interior surfaces of windows using appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment
- Inspect and report any maintenance or repair needs for equipment
- Adhere to established schedules and attend to any urgent requests for window cleaning
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with clients and building occupants
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a vertical window cleaner with cradle experience and SAEMA Training, IPAF, Working at Heights and Harness
- Knowledge of proper safety protocols and guidelines for working at heights
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be available to work 1-2 weekends per month minimum
