Samsic UK is recruiting for a Full-time Senior Cleaning Supervisor to provide professional facilities services in a large building in Southampton
This position is to work for 37.5hrs a week Monday to Friday. Timings will be 11:00am to 19:30pm
You will receive £14.00 per hour,paid four-weekly
Duties include but are not limited to, managing and supervising all aspects of the operation in line with the client-specific requirements, whilst representing Samsic UK.

- Adherence to all site rules and regulations, especially in line with health and safety. Inspection of all machinery and site equipment to ensure compliance with standardised health and safety.
- Recruiting cleaning staff and ensuring new staff are onboarded with the company’s regulatory standards.
- Monitoring staffing and consulting with your line manager on procedures.
About you
- You will be polite and have a passion for delivering a good service.You will be health and safety conscious when working within the workplace, considering the environment and presence of others around you.
- Flexibility to cover other shifts for when staff take annual leave is preferable.
- Training will be provided, however, supervising experience of at least 2 years is preferable.
- Flexibility to align yourself with the site requirements or the businesses’ needs.
- Ability to develop client-orientated relationships to effectively present Samsic UK whilst working directly with the client.
