Cleaning Supervisor in Reading

Samsic UK is recruiting for a Permanent Part Time Site Supervisor to provide professional facilities services at 452 Basingstoke Road Reading Berkshire RG2 0QE.

This position is to work for 4 hours per day from 5 pm to 9 pm Monday to Friday.

You will receive 13.34 per hour paid four-weekly unless specified otherwise.

Immediate start available.

Your role is to oversee cleaning operations and ensure high standards are maintained across the site.

Duties include but are not limited to managing and supervising all aspects of the operation in line with the client-specific requirements whilst representing Samsic UK.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience preferred (especially in supervisory or laboratory environments).
• Reliable punctual and with great attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Recruiting cleaning staff and ensuring new staff are onboarded with the companys regulatory standards.
• Monitoring staffing and consulting with your line manager on procedures.

About you

• You will be polite and have a passion for delivering a good service. You will be health and safety conscious when working within the workplace considering the environment and presence of others around you.
• Flexibility to cover other shifts for when staff take annual leave is preferable.
• Training will be provided however supervising experience of at least 1 year is preferable.
• Flexibility to align yourself with the site requirements or the businesses needs.
• Ability to develop client-orientated relationships to effectively present Samsic UK whilst working directly with the client.
