The Opportunity: This is a dynamic, hands-on creative role for someone who thrives on variety. You’ll split your time between high-quality design production and professional photography, creating assets that directly contribute to brand growth, lead generation, and business success. You’ll work closely with our Design Manager to evolve the brand and execute creative strategy — while confidently managing your own briefs from concept to delivery. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design Production (50%)
    • Create branded assets including brochures, proposals, case studies, presentations, and internal communications
    • Design compelling visuals for LinkedIn, email campaigns, newsletters, and web
    • Refine and format high-impact sales decks and bid presentations
    • Support major campaigns, conferences, and exhibitions (signage, stands, collateral)
    • Turn briefs into polished, on-brand creative aligned to tone, layout, and campaign objectives
  • Photography & Visual Content (30%)
    • Capture high-quality imagery at internal events, client sites, and corporate headshot sessions
    • Travel nationally to document client projects and charity initiatives
    • Edit and deliver professional photography aligned with brand guidelines
    • Maintain and organise a central photo library
    • Collaborate with Content and Social teams to support PR, storytelling, and lead-gen activity
  • Collaboration & Workflow (20%)
    • Partner with Design, Content, Digital, and Events teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns
    • Manage timelines and revisions using project management tools (e.g. Motion)
    • Prepare artwork for print and liaise with suppliers
    • Ensure consistent, high-quality output across all platforms

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years’ professional design experience (agency or in-house)
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print expertise
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Canva experience (for agile content production)
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (for email and web assets) preferred
  • Confidence in corporate and event photography
  • Excellent layout, typography, and colour skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Self-sufficient, proactive, and confident working from brief
  • Open to feedback and collaborative by nature
