Samsic UK is seeking an exceptional Front of House / Security Officer to support a prestigious, luxury corporate environment in the heart of Central London (W1S). This is a day guard role requiring a confident, highly presentable individual who combines 5-star hospitality standards with a professional and proactive security presence.
As the first and last point of contact within the building, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the premises while delivering a calm, discreet, and polished experience for clients, senior stakeholders, and VIP visitors. This role is ideally suited to candidates with a background in 5-star hotels, luxury concierge services, or premium corporate reception, who are comfortable operating within clearly defined security procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a warm, professional, and discreet welcome to all guests, clients, and visitors.
- Open and close the building in line with agreed security procedures.
- Manage the reception area to an immaculate, brand-aligned standard at all times.
- Coordinate visitor arrivals, check-ins, and authorisation processes in accordance with site protocols.
- Prepare and serve refreshments and support hospitality requirements for meetings and client engagements.
- Oversee meeting room readiness, ensuring spaces are fully prepared, presentable, and functional.
- Hold and maintain a valid SIA licence (essential).
- Control access to the building via reception, ensuring only authorised personnel and guests are permitted entry.
- Issue visitor badges and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
- Conduct regular internal and external security patrols to ensure safety, compliance, and presentation standards.
- Monitor building activity and respond calmly and professionally to any security concerns.
- De-escalate situations when required, using a measured, customer-focused approach.
- Act as a key point of contact for Executive Assistants, Office Management, and senior stakeholders.
- Handle incoming enquiries efficiently, including email and face-to-face requests.
- Carry out daily checks to ensure the environment meets both security and luxury service expectations.

- Previous experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury concierge, or premium corporate front-of-house role (essential).
