Role Overview
The Front Of House / Security Concierge will act as the face of our client, delivering a premium experience for all guests, clients and VIPs using the customer suite. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming, polished and professional environment, ensuring seamless service and memorable guest interactions. The ideal candidate will exude confidence, discretion and professionalism whilst excelling in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Must have a SIA license
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a first-class experience for every visitor
- Make refreshments for clients and arrange catering where required
- Manage check-in process and direct visitors to the appropriate person / meeting room, coordinate any guest access and security passes
- Maintain a professional and immaculate reception area and customer suite
- Overseeing the meeting room booking of the customer suite, ensuring availability and readiness of facilities for meetings and events
- Assist in preparing meeting spaces, including refreshments, technology and products as required
- Conduct daily inspections of the suite to ensure cleanliness, functionality and adherence to brand standards
- Primary contact for EAs and key stakeholders for client space, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Handle incoming enquiries with efficiency, including answering emails and directing them to the appropriate team
- Reporting to the Office Manager and assisting with day-to-day needs
Skills Requirements
- Prior experience in luxury hospitality, corporate FOH or VOP client facing role
- Exceptional time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionally at all levels
- Impeccable personal presentation and a confident, welcoming demeanor
- The ability to work alone in a fast-paced environment in which you can maintain an exceptional level of service whilst managing multiple tasks
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills, with acute attention to detail.
