Are you an enthusiastic, dedicated, vigilant individual looking for an opportunity to join our Samsic UK Security family? Then this role may be for you! We have an exciting opportunity for a Control Room Resource Planner to join our team in our Coventry office.

The purpose of the role is to provide efficient and professional Control Room Duties and Resource Planning to Samsic UK Security’s clients as specified, demonstrating the highest levels of Customer Service; the role is vital in making sure each site has fully trained staff available to complete the contractual requirements.

As a Control Room Resource Planner, you will be contracted to 42.5 hrs per week and work over a shift pattern as per below:

  • Week 1: Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:30
  • Week 2: Monday - Friday 12:30 - 21:00

Salary: £32,760pa (£14.78 p/h)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining records including holiday, sickness, hours of attendance at work
  • Manage last minute sickness and planned absence
  • Manage Bradford Factor
  • Approving annual leave
  • Manage regional rotas and support cover
  • Manage last minute client requests
  • Dispatching alarms to our Response Teams
  • Payroll preparation and processing
  • Managing wage queries
  • Staff welfare calls
  • Liaising with clients
  • Updating spreadsheets, running reports and updating databases
  • Sending out KPI’s on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Working closely with the service delivery manager and Operations Manager

Essential Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages

In order to work for Samsic UK you MUST fulfil the following criteria:

  • Have an unrestricted right to work full time in the UK for a minimum period of 12 months
  • Be fluent in spoken and written English
  • Have a five-year checkable work history
  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft products Excel, Word etc.
