This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Key Account Director to join a high-growth, values-driven business and play a pivotal role in expanding and strengthening our Key Account portfolio across London and the South.

As Key Account Director, you'll take ownership of a strategic portfolio of high-value accounts, developing long-term partnerships while identifying and securing new business opportunities within and beyond your client base. You'll work closely with senior decision-makers, lead complex sales cycles, and collaborate across bids, operations and marketing teams to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions. This is a hybrid role with regular presence at client offices across London (typically 1β2 days per week).
- Deliver and exceed an annual sales target of Β£3m+ while maintaining strong profitability
- Identify, develop and secure new opportunities across cleaning, security and soft FM services
- Lead negotiations and complex contract discussions through to successful award
- Attend industry networking events, conferences and customer engagement activities
- Conduct site visits and create innovative, commercially competitive service solutions
- Support and mentor members of the wider sales team
- Contribute to bids, proposals and sales strategy presentations
- Step into leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Sales Director when required
- Ensure all opportunities and activity are accurately maintained within Salesforce CRM
- Uphold company standards across compliance, H&S, quality and environmental management
3β5+ years' experience selling soft FM or integrated facilities solutions
- Strong background in new business acquisition at Key Account Manager or Director level
- Strong Excel and commercial reporting capability
- Experience writing or contributing to winning bids and proposals
- Creative and solution-focused approach to sales strategy
- Car or car allowance
