Samsic UK Security is looking for a professional, reliable and customer‑focused Regional Security & Front of House Officer to support our client sites across Titchfield, Christchurch and Bournemouth. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a professional front‑of‑house environment, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and can maintain a calm, visible and reassuring security presence. The successful candidate will support multiple sites, so flexibility and a positive attitude are essential. Full site training will be provided. Due to the nature of the site, the successful candidate must be eligible to obtain SC Clearance. This will require a full checkable history and may include residency and nationality requirements in line with client vetting standards.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Providing a professional meet‑and‑greet service to visitors, staff and contractors
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times
  • Managing enquiries in a polite, calm and professional manner
  • Maintaining a smart, alert and visible security presence
  • Monitoring and managing site systems within the security control base
  • Completing accurate reports and incident logs when required
  • Supporting access control and visitor management procedures
  • Acting as a professional ambassador for Samsic UK Security and the client
  • Liaising effectively with the client, site teams and Contract Manager
  • Following site procedures, assignment instructions and health and safety requirements

We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable and confident working in a customer‑facing security role.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
