Samsic Security is looking for confident, personable and professional Relief Security Officers to support our portfolio of prestigious corporate offices, commercial properties and premium workplace environments across London and the South East.
We are particularly interested in individuals with a strong front-of-house, corporate reception, hospitality or concierge background, who understand the importance of creating an outstanding first impression while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
The Opportunity
Location: London & South East - Various Client Sites
Pay: Dependent on individual site rates
Shifts: Days, Nights & Weekends
Role: Relief Security Officer
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering a welcoming, professional and attentive front-of-house experience.
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, employees and clients.
Managing reception, visitor registration and access control procedures.
Supporting VIP visits, meetings and day-to-day workplace operations.
Handling enquiries and resolving issues with confidence and discretion.
Maintaining a professional security presence, conducting patrols and responding to incidents.
Building positive relationships with clients, occupiers and building management teams.
What We're Looking For
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in corporate security, concierge, hospitality or front-of-house roles.
A polished, professional appearance and confident interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage with clients, senior executives and visitors at all levels.
A proactive, approachable and solutions-focused attitude.
Strong attention to detail and basic IT proficiency.
Valid SIA licence - Essential.
Full UK driving licence - Essential.
Enhanced DBS - Desirable.
