This role will be servicing accounts in Aberdeen and the surrounding areas. A car, phone and IT equipment are provided with this role.
Duties
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and resolve any issues promptly
- Identify opportunities for upselling services to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
