About the role:

About the role: You will be part of a global team that supports Samsarians with remote experience programs and will take the lead on cross‑functional projects. As a remote based business we want to ensure that our Flocks across EMEA are able to connect and creating opportunities to build in person connections. This role will focus on delivering initiatives from idea to launch with a wide operational focus such as events, onboarding new tools, creating Standard Operating Procedures, Documentation and Data analysis.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with the Global Remote team and support the EMEA remote experience programs: Plan, schedule, and continuously improve coworking and community initiatives that drive productivity, safety, and a positive employee experience.
  • Lead Workplace cross‑functional projects: Scope, plan, and deliver initiatives from idea to launch, including identifying and onboarding new tools/resources and creating net‑new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Enable teams with tooling and AI solutions: Assist in developing and delivering clear, practical training for new software and internal tools to accelerate adoption and outcomes.
  • Partner with stakeholders: Collaborate closely with contributors and business partners to define scope, requirements, and success metrics; translate inputs into actionable project plans and timelines.
  • Communicate with clarity: Maintain open, transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Use Workplace standard project‑tracking tools to keep work visible and aligned.
  • Drive documentation & Support Services and culture: Produce concise proposals, memos, and meeting agendas; schedule and facilitate working sessions; capture and communicate updates, decisions, and follow‑ups.
  • Report progress & manage risk: Share regular (e.g., weekly) status updates on deliverables, surface blockers early, and coordinate in project channels to track milestones, dependencies, and mitigations.
  • Champion our culture: Role‑model and embed Samsara’s cultural principles—Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team—as we scale globally and across new offices.

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in project management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, passionate and committed to delivering high‑quality work.

An ideal candidate also has:

  • Intermediate to Skilled with Slack, Jira and Google Suite.
  • Familiar with Envoy, Tableau, Lucid Chart/Spark.
