We are looking for a quality focused, resilient Sales Recruiter to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team. This is a role for a hunter in the recruiting world—someone who thrives in a goal-driven environment and understands the grit required to succeed in sales. You will be responsible for the engine room of our growth, hiring the next generation of Account Executives (AEs) and Account Development Representatives (ADRs).

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for AE and ADR roles, maintaining the resilience needed for exceptional quality in an always-on hiring environment.

Goal-Driven Experience: 5–8 years of sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.

GTM Hiring: 3+ years hiring in-demand in technology sales.

Sales DNA: A strong understanding of the sales profile; EMEA Expertise: Proven experience leading recruitment in at least 2 European countries (UK, France, Benelux, or Germany preferred).

Operational Excellence: Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume priorities without losing quality or candidate experience.
