Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operationsâ„¢ Cloud, a platform that enables organizations that depend on physical operations to harness IoT data to develop actionable insights and improve their operations.

We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our EMEA performance marketing efforts and drive customer acquisition and business growth through Paid Media (paid search, paid social and other performance channels). This role will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of performance marketing campaigns for the EMEA region (UKI and Mainland EMEA), with a focus on building full-funnel paid media campaigns, rigorous experimentation, optimization, and delivering measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.

You will play a key role in scaling our search ads and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and experimenting with new performance channels. The right candidate is both strategic and hands-on, analytical, and excited to uncover new growth opportunities while continuously improving cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS) across multiple platforms.

This is a high-impact role that’s critical to achieving our growth goals in a complex, multi-market environment, and an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves data-driven problem solving, and is motivated by owning outcomes from start to finish.

You should apply if:

  • You want to impact the industries that run our world: Your efforts will result in real-world impact—helping to keep the lights on, get food into grocery stores, reduce emissions, and most importantly, ensure workers return home safely.
  • You are the architect of your own career: If you put in the work, this role won’t be your last at Samsara. We set up our employees for success and have built a culture that encourages rapid career development, countless opportunities to experiment and master your craft in a hyper growth environment.
  • You’re energized by our opportunity: The vision we have to digitize large sectors of the global economy requires your full focus and best efforts to bring forth creative, ambitious ideas for our customers.
  • You want to be with the best: At Samsara, we win together, celebrate together and support each other. You will be surrounded by a high-calibre team that will encourage you to do your best.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute a data-driven customer acquisition and expansion strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), LinkedIn, Facebook, and other performance marketing channels.
  • Experiment with new channels to uncover new growth frontiers.
  • Adapt and localize global performance strategies for specific EMEA markets, ensuring cultural relevance and language accuracy, while architecting bespoke EMEA-first campaigns tailored to unique regional market dynamics and buyer behaviors.
  • Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution—from ideation and audience targeting to ads trafficking, creative optimization and performance analytics.
  • Use A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve ad creative, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Leverage performance data to inform keyword selection, ad copy, ad creatives, campaign structure, and bidding approaches that drive performance and efficiency.
  • Analyze and present funnel results, implementing recommendations to optimize performance and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Partner with the Sales, Marketing Ops, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing, and the EMEA Marketing Team to create integrated campaigns to achieve our goals.
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices.

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • 5+ years hands-on experience with Paid Search and/or Paid Social; Programmatic Display, ABM, Affiliate, and landing page optimization experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing high-growth performance budgets across a fragmented multi-market landscape (e.g., UKI, DACH, France, Benelux).
  • Skilled in building campaigns and ads directly in platform-native tools (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Experience working with high-growth SaaS products, a deep understanding of the B2B sales funnel, and familiarity with the B2B MarTech stack, including Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Skilled in trafficking ads, implementing tags in Google Tag Manager, and understanding server-side tracking and first-party data strategies.
  • Results-oriented and data-driven, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions and prioritize roadmaps.
  • Proven ability to build performance marketing channels from the ground up, scaled to a high level of paid spend, with a strong focus on high-impact, high-return initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and creative teams.
  • High level of ownership and accountability, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working with both SMB and Enterprise segments is highly valued.
  • A deep understanding of attribution models and the non-linear buyer journey.
