About the role: We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter - Product to join our team in the UK. This is a high-impact, high-profile role where you'll have the opportunity to make an immediate and lasting contribution to our growth. In this role, you will:
- Take full ownership of hiring for our Product teams in Europe, serving as the lead recruiter and strategic partner for the product organization.
- Design and execute a long-term engagement strategy to build Samsara's talent brand within the Product community in Europe.
- Run regular reporting and leverage data to provide insights and drive hiring decisions with your business partners.
- Build extensive talent maps and proactively source for every role, focusing on identifying and engaging exceptional, hard-to-find talent.
- Where capacity allows, contribute to hiring across other specialisms, such as Staff-level and Full-Stack Engineers and other leadership roles, but your primary focus will be on Product Management.
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
Minimum requirements for the role:
- Extensive experience hiring exceptional Product Management talent for a high-talent bar U.S. technology firm in Europe.
- Proven ability to create, measure, and optimize recruitment workflows.
- Demonstrable experience sourcing niche talent within limited talent pools.
- A data-driven approach to recruiting with a focus on metrics and results.
- Strong team player with a passion for connecting people and opportunities.
- Comfortable partnering with VP-level stakeholders.
- Target-driven, detail-oriented, and approachable with a focus on team success.
