About the role The Platform group at Samsara delivers an end-to-end software experience for physical operations, focusing on reliable infrastructure, user-friendly interfaces, core customer features, and developer tools. As a Product Manager II , you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our automation tools, making them more powerful and accessible. This role is ideal for a mid-level product manager eager to develop strategic and technical skills while impacting our customers\’ daily operations. This is an in-person position open to candidates residing in the UK. Responsibilities include Developing product requirements and shaping the roadmap for automation capabilities with senior PMs. Collaborating with design and engineering teams to ship scalable, reliable features. Gathering feedback from customer support, sales, and account teams to prioritize improvements. Using analytics and customer feedback to evaluate and enhance products. Supporting product launches, documentation, and training efforts. Fostering a customer-centric, inclusive, and long-term thinking environment aligned with Samsara’s cultural principles. Minimum requirements 4-5 years in product management or related roles in software, engineering, or consulting. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and familiarity with APIs or automation tools. Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience; an MBA is a plus. Preferred qualifications Experience with B2B SaaS or platform products. Exposure to automation, event-based systems, or workflow builders.
