Take full ownership of hiring for our Product teams in Europe, serving as the lead recruiter and strategic partner for the product organization.
Design and execute a long-term engagement strategy to build Samsara's talent brand within the Product community in Europe.
Run regular reporting and leverage data to provide insights and drive hiring decisions with your business partners.
Build extensive talent maps and proactively source for every role, focusing on identifying and engaging exceptional, hard-to-find talent.
Where capacity allows, contribute to hiring across other specialisms, such as Staff-level and Full-Stack Engineers and other leadership roles, but your primary focus will be on Product Management.
Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
